Fenerbahce have agreed a four-year deal to sign Robin van Persie from Manchester United, according to Sky sources.
The Turkish club now hope to officially announce the transfer before the weekend, but there are still some details that need to be finalised and agreed with Van Persie himself.
Fenerbahce director Guiliano Terraneo travelled to London recently to discuss a potential deal with United chiefs for the 31-year-old Netherlands striker, who has one year left on his contract at Old Trafford, although United have yet to comment on the situation
